Website & Account

How are my items shipped?

Domestic (US) packages are either shipped by USPS First Class Mail (Free) or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times on the shopping cart page are approximations and do not include handling time. We require 1-3 full business days to process orders and ship out. International orders are shipped by USPS First Class International and arrival time is dependent on the country and customs processing, patience is appreciated.

Do I need an account to place an order? 

We suggest registering as a member for a these reasons:

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless “On Back-Order”  or “Out of Stock” is displayed. Please know that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be purchased by another customer until you have completed checkout.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

At AccentGlowLED, your personal security is extremely important to us. As such, we utilize a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details, to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems – all orders are processed through our secure checkout system backed by PayPal.

When will my order ship?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24-72 hours. Estimated delivery times should only be used as an approximation and begin from the date that your order is processed. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

Returns

Items should be returned new, with all original components attached, within 14 days.  Please contact us before returning items so that we may process the transaction correctly. We may refuse to accept returns which are not in the specified conditions. Any original shipping charges may not be refunded. When returning only parts of a “package deal” (ie; 2 discs out of 4), you will only be refunded the lower cost of the package piece. AccentGlowLED reserves the right to decline any return request without reason. All returned products will be refunded to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Please be aware that it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Warranty

We offer a 90-day warranty on all of our products! Warranty is non-transferable. Please use “Contact Us” link above to contact us with any issues you may be experiencing. Defective product must be returned and we will speedily ship you out a replacement! We may refuse to accept returns which are not in the specified conditions. We strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction.

How do I use a promotional code?

Promotion codes should be entered into the “Promotion Code” box during checkout.

Is my personal information kept private?

Your personal information is kept private and confidential at AccentGlowLED and at no point will we share any of your personal information. Please note that we may use your contact information to inform you of the latest news and arrivals from AccentGlowLED only.
